"This place was great for a family to stay for one or two nights. The breakfast was great and amenities were nice on the inside. The outside of the place is a bit dated and probably needs a facelift but inside is really nice and that’s where the magic is. It’s a nice place and staff is really friendly. They have much to offer. If you can deal with the outside, it makes the inside of this hotel much more worth your while."

"We had a wonderful stay at "THE ELEGANTE"! The place was very clean, comfortable, and nicely air-conditioned, which made a huge difference in the desert heat. We enjoyed staying in the King Room Concierge. Also enjoyed the food and the ambiance of the Concierge Lounge. People were kind and friendly. Especially the morning breakfast! We will certainly return. This was our second time staying there and plan to go again in the future !"

"My Son couldn't access the bathroom because he was in a wheelchair. The room was tiny. Carpet was damaged and subfloor was exposed. No ramp for wheelchair to the parking lot. My Son had to exit his wheelchair and balance his body while I had to lower his chair to the parking lot level."
