Terrible experience

On the day we were supposed to check in we get a notification from hotels.com asking if we changed our plans. We then called the property to find out they had cancelled our booking, claiming that they could not charge the credit card and couldn't contact us, despite us hours earlier sending them a message via hotels.com asking for check in information. They said that they had another property available (at Primorskaya 15/17) but we might not like it as it is in the basement of a building. We had to take it as we were half way from Kyiv to Odessa and were arriving at 9 pm. The apartment itself would be ok if it wasn't for the distinct damp smell. It was so damp and humid there that towels they provided weren't dry and even plates were wet. There were no knifes. The bedsheets weren't clean, there were hairs on'em and we had to make the bed ourselves as the duvets were not in the covers. I would never book with these people again

very bad organization

We have booked a house with 2 separate rooms. First they took us to a hotel with a classic double room and then they took us to a different hotel. After negotiations, they have accepted they have mistakenly given our room to someone else and directed us to another hotel and advised we can spend entire holiday there if we liked. After one night stay, we have advised we are happy to spend remaining 2 nights but they advised our rooms were booked and due to this manager was to take us to a new hotel. We packed all our staff and headed off to a new place which was 2 rooms but really a sub standart as internet wasn't working, 2nd room was terrible, water pressure was weak, very dark scary entrance..so on. The happiest moment was when we checked out!!

Готель в телефонній розмові повідомив, що скасував моє бронювання, однак не скасував його на сайті. Начебто не змогли стягнути з моєї картки передоплату, хоча про передоплату ніде на сайті не зазначено, в описанні навпаки вказано, що оплата здійснюється на місці без жодних передоплат. Мені повідомили, що апартаменти зайняті і моє бронювання вони не підтвердили лише коли я подзвонила повідомити час свого приїзду, хоча варто було написати листа про передоплату і якщо вже скасовувати, то скасовувати бронювання на сайті, а не самі собі. В результаті шукала інше житло.

Trouble

We made a reservation for 2 people in February. I waited for a nice holiday. but children run this company. they are constantly apologizing. We got 2 separate beds. 2nd bed was given the idea that you lie on the sofa. We were forced to change hotel 3 times. In this room, repairs will begin to deceive you 3. We went to the place (hotel's name rose d'Opera hotel) did not have a window. unhealthy environment. they are forcing you to stay here. I said I don't want to stay. threatened. Yes I'm seriously threatened. extra money requested. I gave more money. I had to accept what they said so that the holiday is not thoroughly bad. they do not deserve the money they receive. water flows from their mouths until they pay. dog looks after making payment. I'm in trouble for making early reservations. the city was quite nice except for it. but there are more people like this. greedy people. rude people. I contacted before I went to Odessa. Can you take us to the hotel from the airport? They wanted $ 25. whereas you can call uber and do it for $ 3. I wrote this so you don't have any problems in Odessa. There is no institution to complain about. they know that.

Een goed apartement

Dit appartement ligt midden in de hoofde straat,, auto vrij, veel winkels. He appartement is zeer veili, Eerst door een toegang hek met code, de hus deur goed beveiligt, men kan 3 deuren op slot doen , voor men in de kamer komt, het bad de verwarming zijn uitstekend

Skuffende leilighet

Det var en leilighet og skulle ha utstyr for å lage mat, osv. Men det var lite og dårlig utstyr. Jeg måtte insistere på å få en eneste kjele, som jeg fikk på tredje oppholdsdag. Stekepannen var dårlig. Gulvet på kjøkkenet var ujevnt så man kunne lette dette. Toalettsete var i stykker.

Warning! Stay away from this place!!!!!!!!

The apartment was just horrible!On the hotels.com web-site there were nice pictures; the apartment was told to be 90 square meters, fireplace, balcony or terrace, special madras in the bed, jacuzzi etc. The truth was different; an ugly place; no balcony (the woman who delivered the key said that the corridor was the terrace...In a block of flats), cockroaches running in the kitchen and bathroom, very uncomfortable bed, terrible smell inside, not possible to close the window (traffic noise). The "jacuzzi" was an old bathtub. Nothing was like promised and after a night without sleep left the place (had unfortunately booked and paid two nights) but no refund. Just pure cheating. In the night the street level gate was locked but no code given and with the help of passer-by managed to get in (he tried to open the gate for 30 minutes).

Leilighet nær handlegate, men ingen plass å sitte

Vertinne skulle komme om kvelden før avreise, hun uteble og drosjen som var bestilt og betalt for uteble kl 05:00 for kjøring til flyplass.Dette var det forhåndsbetalt med 200,- grivna (150 NKR) Tross språkproblemer fikk jeg tak i en annen drosje!! Forferdelig opplevelse å stå der å vente på en bil som ikke dukket opp!

1. На ул. Екатерининская находится офис агентства, апартаменты находятся в другом месте - у нас были на ул. Дерибасовской. ВНИМАНИЕ! Точный адрес проживания вам сообщает агент за сутки, по телефону, не игнорируйте эту информацию, т.к. ждать агент вас будет именно по адресу проживания, а не в офисе (особенно актуально если вы заселяетесь вечером. 2. Оплату по банковской карте снимают только за первый день. За последующие дни просят оплату наличными на месте, что ИМХО неудобно, либо надо будет идти в офис - там можно оплатить по карте. 3. ВНИМАНИЕ! При заселении просят залог, хотя в подтверждении бронирования указано, что можно предъявить паспорт + карту. Залог якобы за ключи. При выезде залог возвращают. 4. В остальном - все удобно, это просто мелочи, которые к которым по приезду нужно быть готовым.

ottimo per giovani

ben collocato nel centro della città. non fornito numero sufficiente di asciugamani per il numero di ospiti. poco areato, ma silenzioso. molto poco pulito il bagno. essendo un appartamento con cucina da rilevare: scarsa attrezzatura per cucinare e totale assenza di tavolo per il pranzo. molto bene per giovani che voglino godersi la vita notturna di odessa, meno bene per famiglie.

Odessa Apartments on Ekateriniskaya Street

Was giving a apartment on Deribasovskaya street, which was okay for getting place as it's right in the city center. Room's was good size, but did not get much nature light in room, was not a big problem as not in the apartment much, The owners of the apartments was very helpful, would use them again without a problem. Looking to go back to Odessa very soon.

Very good apartment but furnitures old style

Very good location in the centre of Odessa. My apartment was a little bit in the dark corner but it doesn't disturb. There was all things I needed for one or two nights. I can recommend. Very friendly service also.

Zentrale Lage der Apartments

Der Besitzer Valentyn ist sehr hilfsbereit und die Apartments liegen mitten im Zentrum Odessas. Da sie unterschiedlich groß sind (von 1 -2,5 Zimmern) empfiehlt es sich, konkret nachzufragen.
