"Location. A short walk to the railway station and shopping areas."

"Very clean, staff was friendly and answered any questions. Breakfast had alot of variety from eggs to pancakes. Breads , meats and cheeses. Juices and variety coffee. Rooms were nice, carpets were dull but the rest of the room was clean, spacious and fresh. One elevator out but they fixed it the next day. It happens and they reacted in a timely fashion. Close proximity to many restaurants and shops. Right next to the tram which was very nice. Parking is public, can be difficult nut free after 8 pm which eas great."

"Nice location, good price, friendly staff. I will return. First time I had breakfast at the hotel. Hmmm.. good selection but big improvement needed for display/storage. Warm items (e.g. scrambled eggs) was cold due to no heated displayplate. Cold items (e.g. cheese and ham) were warm, due to no cold displaytray. I had breakfast at 9.00 am, and the cheese was warm, hard and had started to curl up. Not a very pleasant sight. If no improvement, I have to eat my breakfast elsewhere."

"Fabulous hotel, with great facilities. Only stayed three day and ye were greeted and soon recognised by restaurant and bar staff who made everyone welcome. Breakfast offer is significantly better than comparable class hotels."
