"We booked for 6 people but neither bed settee was made up. We eventually found some duvets and pillows but no clean sheets so opened a packet of new sheets we found in a room in the basement. The same with towels.The washing machine was on with a load of washing in it full of water. There was a pile of dirty bedding in a room in the basement. There were no instructions in the flat at all .The lights and other electrical systems were ridiculously complicated. Also no instructions about hot water...

"Unser Aufenthalt in Bingen war wieder einmal erste Sahne:) Die Ferienwohnung großzügig, optimale Raumaufteilung für zwei Paare oder Freundinnen, da zwei Bäder. Schönes Geschirr und gscheide Weingläser, super!Alles fußläufig schnell zu erreichen, wir kommen wieder.Kleine Anmerkung: eine zweite Garnitur Handtücher für jeden Gast wäre toll, man duscht doch öfter, da viele Wanderungen unternommen werden oder man vom Tanzen beim Winzerfest durchschwitzt ist:)Ansonsten alles toll!!! Prima Ausgangsbasis für Radtouren und Wanderungen im Rheingau und umzu. Räder können im Hof abgestellt werden. Cons: Zur Straße hin morgens recht laut, Durchgangsverkehr. Aber notfalls kann man im Wohnzimmer übernachten, wenn man lärmempfindlich ist."

"The apartment is located on the edge of Johanisberg allowing easy access for walks in the surrounding vineyard. Many restaurants are in easy walking distance including the 2 restaurants at the Burg Schwarzenstein. The apartment is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is very pleasant to sit on in and enjoy the view. If it is too cold there is a large window which you can look out from the dining area. "

"Wir haben alles so angetroffen, wie beschrieben und fotografiert. Alles war sehr sauber und gut strukturiert. Durch viele kleine Aufmerksamkeiten fühlte man sich gleich willkommen. Sehr hilfreich war die digitale Gästemappe. Das Auto konnte in der geräumigen Garage geparkt werden. Und in der Wohnung stand schon eine Flasche Wein für den ersten Abend bereit. Die Sauna war das Sahnehäubchen. Und für uns gab es eine erste Begegnung mit einem Saugroboter. "

"We were quick in and out and really just needed comfortable beds, a cool room, showers and breakfast. All of these were wonderful. It’s in a cute neighborhood close to the river promenade/bikepath. Great dining within walking distance. Excellent beds, room temp, and stylish amenities. Loved the design. It being Mainz, birthplace of printing press the hotel decor references that in multiple subtle and stylish ways. Very cool hotel."
