PENTHOUSE ON THE RIDGE is centrally located in a gated community at the foothills of Ocho Rios Jamaica, overlooking the crystal blue waters of the Caribbean Sea.

This luxury penthouse features spectacular panoramic view of the harbor and town of Ocho Rios. Sip on a cup of Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee while watching the cruise ships roll into the Ocho Rios port from your own private gazebo.

The Penthouse was completely renovated with, new bathrooms, hardwood floors, ceramic tile, granite countertops, A/C in all rooms and of course a new paint job. All the rooms have a an unobstructed view of the Caribbean ocean with gazeboes off the master bedroom and living room.

At Penthouse On The Ridge , you have the best of both worlds, high security with intimate privacy and yet a short walk to the center of all the shopping, major attractions and nightlife.
The property is less than a ten-minute drive to Dunn's River Falls, Fern Gully, Shaw Park Gardens, Dolphin Cove, Mystic Mountain, White River Tubing and several other major attractions. Day trips can be arranged to Bob Marley's Museum, Rafting on the Rio Grande, Port Royal and Negril Beach.

Great choice for a 2 bedroom with views

I was happy and comfortable staying here. Gated complex. Large, clean pool. Renovated apt. Nicely decorated. Bedrooms are a good size and very far apart for privacy. 2 full bathrooms. There was a sign on dining table to welcome us by name. No elevator. Climb 3 floors. Really nice mountain views, city views, and port view. Night time was quiet for sleeping. No traffic noise at all. This is a great choice!

Penthouse is located close to town. The house is clean and comfortable. The view is beautiful. The host was patience and nice in assisting us in finding the property. I would absolutely recommend Penthouse on the Ridge.

Breathtaking

Penthouse on The Ridge was everything advertised and more! It was beautiful, clean, spacious, and the view is breathtaking The bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with the basic items to get the vacation started! It was an absolute pleasure to be there and we WILL be back!

The penthouse apartment was immaculate and comfortable. The view from the multiple balconies was amazing. Both the owner and the attendant were accessible and helpful. I have already recommended it to others and will most definitely be using it again when in the area. I highly recommend it.

Nice stay in Ocho Rios

Our family of 4 stayed at the apt for 2 nights, the apt was comfortable and within a short walking distance to food places. We’d come here again!

Great Place

This was my second stay and it was once again a very pleasant experience. The property is clean and beautiful and a great setting. The owners and housekeeper make themselves available when needed. I called to report an AC that stopped working and a technician was there in short order. I will stay here again and recommend it highly.

Gorgeous property. Pools were clean and a/c's did the job of cooling down the place. Good views too.

We met a cat and I named her Bernard. She's super friendly and hangs out near the pool. Say hi for me!

Beautiful location, view and space.

The home is just as beautiful as pictured. Views from both porches are just lovely. Kitchen has the bare basics if you want to cook. Air conditioning did not work in master during our two night stay which was disappointing and a bit miserable.

Superb Experience

The Penthouse is very, very nice, tastefully decorated with absolutely stunning views of the ocean, Ochi and the surrounding rain forest. Devon and Camille are very attentive hosts with fast responses to any of our questions or requests. Pauline, their local gal, is wonderful and kept things perfect during our 28 day stay. It was a good choice for our winter break. There were wonderful breezes on both verandas and many cocktails were enjoyed watching the cruise ships come and go. And did I mention the views. Outstanding! Our only mistake was renting a car. It is not for the weak of heart.

Great property but lots of bugs

The location is amazing, the property is ideal, the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing Caribbean vacation. However there were bugs in the kitchen and some in the master bedroom. Pauline the housekeeper tried to accommodate but they never went away. Would recommend this property as long as they take care of the bugs.

Home away from home but with a much better view!

The moment we walked in through the door we knew that this was not just another vacation rental. We were immediately taken aback by how splendid the entire home was. The owners put a lot of thought in every detail of the home- from the layout to the decor. The view of the city of Ocho Rios from both (yes, two) balconies was amazing! The facilities were well-maintained and, aside from the music wafting from the downtown nightclubs, quiet and peaceful. It was great to just chill out on the balconies and watch the cruise ships come in. The trek from downtown to the unit was a little demanding but made for great exercise after gorging on the Jamaican cuisine at the nearby jerk food locale. We will definitely be going back and this will be our new "Home away from home". Kudos to you for putting together such a classy outfit for a vacation rental. I felt like I was at the Broadmoor!

My stay at the Penthouse was overall nice. The only complaint my husband and I have is that we didn't get much sleep at night because of the loud music. The music played from approximately 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. every night. The music wasn't on our property, but as loud as it was you could't tell. Devon (property owner) was very helpful with everything we needed.

Lovely Apartment. Beautiful scenery from Balcony and Bedroom!! Love it!!

Highly recommend this apartment when visiting Ocho Rios area in Jamaica. This will be our go to spot if avoiding all-inclusive. You cant be this home location with water views everywhere and up close. I love it.

Great property with fabulous view

I depend on reviews to help guide me when choosing properties. I was a bit nervous in selecting this property because the last review was a year ago. So I'm happy to say you will not be disappointed in this property. We stayed here for 3 nights. The photos are a true representation of the property. It is extremely clean, modern, and very tastefully decorated. The views of the bay and Ochi from both the master bedroom (and gazebo) and the gazebo off the living room area are fabulous! It is close enough to walk to shopping, food, and entertainment or take a short taxi ride further into town or to tourists attractions. You can hear the music from Margaritaville below at night but that didn't bother us, we enjoyed it relaxing on the gazebo or as we were getting dressed to go out at night. The housekeeper was very nice. She didn't bother us, left a note with her number if we needed her and came to tidy up once. I definitely recommend this property and will definitely stay here again!

Amazing!!

I stayed 9 nights at penthouse on the ridge, Everything was just perfect, The condo is clean, bright and beautiful the views are breathtaking ..,kitchen fully stocked and housekeeping was a gem.. Bathrooms and living areas were spotless.,, just like the pictures .. I called mr Jackson a few x and he was so helpful ! I walked to the beach and in town almost every day, Security at the gate were so helpful and I always felt safe.,, Everything you need right at your fingertips ..!!! Unforgettable

I never get an opportunity to write reviews, but this villa was absolutely exceptional. From the views to the accommodations and then some, it was comfortable, spacious, clean, inviting and located in a central location of Ochi. Beautiful View of the Ocean

Penthouse on the Ridge did not disappoint, upon arrival I was greeted by property Manager Mr. Jackson who was a poliet gentleman. the Maintance of the Outskirt of the Building need better up-keep but the ground are kept well. There are two Pools (one for smaller childern, my son made use of everyday), the balcony view was breath taking from Sunrise to sunset. After a tour of our condominium, i felt right at home. We personally feel like the picture did not do the inside of the apartment justice (Unit K7) beautifully furnished,Mr. McLean was a gracious host he made sure we had everything we needed from the start of the trip. We will be definitely be returning for another stay.

awesome villa, great location

Penthouse on the ridge made my vacation... not only was it a great villa but it is also in the heart of ochi were you have the best view of the sea and city. Firstly we arrive in ochi later than expected at about 10pm to check-in due traffic n couple other family delays but devon our host made sure our checking -in process went smooth as possible whether it was via email or by phone . When we got to our unit (unit k7) we were given a brief tour and it was just like in the pics. 24hr security, Nicely furnished, Newly renovated, clean rooms and bathrooms updated a/c units in both bedrooms ( which we only used at night because you get the most amazing breeze from the seaside in the daytime) , the master bedroom bed was kinda hard but the guest beds were heaven really comfy my cousins could hardly get up in the mornings. oh n did i mention they had a pool which was aslo clean This place i highly recommend ....i will stay no other place in ochi except here mr mclean is an amazing host, this place truly has everything u need. be back soon
