"If you're riding Hatfield McCoy trails it's ideal. Close to the trail head and plenty of parking area for truck and trailer. It's an older trailer so that's just the reality but it was clean and comfortable with no major issues. Cleaning person missed the coffee maker for a while so it needed to be thrown away. Also we're some ants but youre in the mountains so no big deal. I'd stay there again no hesitation."

"We stayed for a few days and had a great experience. Water pressure is amazing and the location is very convenient to everything. Our kids loved the arcade games. The house was all we needed for a weekend playing All Star baseball!"

"Weāve been coming to HMT for about 6 years. The house was great. Clean. Well maintained. Host was readily available for any and all questions. Self check in. Love the central location between all of our normal trails. I gave it a 4 star over all because although it had free wifi there was no cellular service. For some of our crew it was difficult to keep in touch with family. The other issue was the couches were too low for our crew. I know they change to beds but sitting in them was difficult to get in and out of. With that being said, weād rent from Gary again. He is a great host."

"We had a great stay at Granny's Place! The house was extremely clean and comfortable and had everything we needed! The outdoor space was nice for hanging out at the end of our riding day. Will definitely stay here again! The train does run by next to the house and is a bit loud but it didnāt bother us. "
