    The Space:

    Lord Baltimore Landing is a community of single-family homes located a short drive to the ocean and towns including Bethany Beach. Clubhouse with community outdoor pool. Enjoy one of the golf courses just a short distance away. This single-level vacation home offers an open floor plan, which includes a living room, den/media room, formal dining room, eat-in kitchen, open front porch, screened-in rear porch, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an outside shower. Please note: This home is not equipped with a grill Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. This house is not equipped with cable, however, guests can use their own accounts to log in to streaming services. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Home away from home

Check in was simple and easy. We truly felt like we were home here. Kitchen was fully equipped with pots/ pans/ silverware/ bowls/ cups, you name it. There were towels, blankets, sheets, pillows. Even had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Loved this place. Plenty of space for our large group of 10.

Great beach getaway

Great place for a family who wants a nice affordable place near the beach. The place was beautiful and ery comfortable. Vacasa was great and communicated effectively. Only recommendation would be to add beach towels or umbrellas, or put notes in the listing how these can be rented.

Fantastic weekend away and the house was perfect for what we needed!

Beautiful house and great location!

The house was beautiful, so spacious and VERY clean. Located just outside of Bethany Beach and only minutes from several restaurants, grocery stores and a CVS. The drive to the beach and board walk is less than 10 minutes.

Wonderful stay in a lovely home

Impeccably well maintained home in a quiet residential area. Conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, and Bethany Beach. Very clean, quality furnishings and dishware. Plenty of towels and basic household amenities. Large screened rear porch was well furnished. Neighborhood is very safe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place!

Very nice and spacious house. Big kitchen. Large screened in porch. Easy 8-12 minutes drive to Bethany beach and boardwalk. Very clean. Nice neighborhood. Pool very nice, clean, refreshing. Would definitely stay again!

The best place ever.

We have been going to Bethany for 20+ years and renting homes. We have never found a property that we wanted to return to until now. Well equipped kitchen with updates appliances, wonderful sleeping accommodations and a lovely screened in porch for coffee.

Lord Baltimore Landing

We enjoyed this home very much...beautifully furnished, lots of light and room for everyone to find a favorite spot...or several. Screened in porch was an oasis for us! And the outdoor shower, with hot water, was a wonderful way to recover from our beach outings. The home was very close to Bethany Beach, and near great restaurants and wonderful shops. The location offered lovely tree-lined sidewalks and a beautiful pool. We hope to return again soon!

Beauty, quiet, and lots of comfort!

This home was the cleanest, most beautiful vacation home we've rented near Bethany Beach in seven years! My husband and I spent the week with two of our adult children, relaxing, cooking, and having great conversations in the comfort and luxury of this home. The private neighborhood is so picturesque, my morning walks were delightful! The family enjoyed the pool, as well as our days on the beach, which is only a quick drive away in downtown Bethany. Grocery stores are just around the corner. The screened in porch is heaven on earth, with lots of privacy and beautiful trees along the back of the property. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking necessities, the fridge is huge, and the open floor is fantastic! The furniture and beds were very comfortable, the shower was perfect, and the added drying rack from the laundry room was so thoughtful! We enjoyed eating meals at home in the beautiful dining room and in the screened porch. I would highly recommend this home if you're looking for some quiet, relaxing time with your family to make memories. Life is short. Make family time count!
