Parking
• Parking for up to 3 vehicles. No parking on the street or off the driveway.
Things to know
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Pets are allowed with a fee of $100 + tax per pet
• We are PET FRIENDLY and have a 2-pet maximum. Please note that only DOGS are allowed (max 20lbs each)
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
