The ultimate NEW BUILD beachfront house in Ocean Springs and just in time for Cruising the Coast and Peter Anderson Festival! “Gulf Coast Getaway” is the perfect place to soak up the sun and enjoy some R&R. Park, unpack, step off our expansive deck and onto the beach. No elevators, parking garage, long lines, or crosswalks to maneuver. Located on the east end of Ocean Springs, this spacious home is perfect for family and friends. Enjoy amazing, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico, get your toes in the sand, watch spectacular sunsets, and make lifetime memories. “Gulf Coast Getaway” offers all of that, and allows you to feel like you’re right at home. “Gulf Coast Getaway” is the place to put your cares aside and focus on what matters… ****Time with those you love, and appreciating the blessing of life!

AMENITIES -
Our home is just over 1800 sf with large outdoor areas, hot tub, outdoor dining, fire pit, charcoal grill, kayaks, beach chairs, and covered parking.

The property features, 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. **1 king, 2 queens, 1 bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa. “Gulf Coast Getaway” can accommodate 8 people comfortably. No “nook and cranny”sleeping here. Soft, quality linens are provided in all bedrooms and bathrooms.

Open kitchen and living areas with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. A fully stocked kitchen includes an automatic drip coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, crockpot, hand-mixer, can opener, an array of cookware and bakeware, and a glass top stove with a rapid preheat oven. Plenty of seating available in dining, living, and bar areas.

Living room and all bedrooms have smart TVs with streaming services and free Wi-Fi. NOTE : please be advised that while we offer free Wi-Fi, we cannot control service interruptions.

Full size, energy efficient W/D, ironing board w/iron, and pack and play (pack and play upon request)

Keep YOUR things and OURS free of sand, as you leave the beach, with a shower and foot faucet (beach level).

Catch the sunsets by the fire pit or maybe you would like to grill. Enjoy our covered charcoal smoker/grill area.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION…
We are a short drive to downtown Ocean Springs. Just a few more miles and you are in the heart of Biloxi- Casinos, nightlife, and lots of entertainment for the whole family. Dining options span the spectrum of casual beach side, BBQ, sushi, pizza, to fine dining. Several restaurants are within walking distance of each other. Many local restaurants offer delivery. DoorDash and Uber eats are readily available. This area is surrounded with a plethora of golf courses, barrier islands, water activities, charter fishing, and nature and bike trails! **Information will be provided in amenity section, and in our welcome package. We also provide a list of eateries and local activities for our guest upon arrival.

- Maximum of (8) eight guest is strictly enforced; no exceptions. No wedding, large parties, or gatherings!

The house is exactly as described. We stayed with our 2 pups and we all loved the house. Wes was so helpful with suggesting things to do as Ocean Springs is new to us and we were going to be there for Christmas. We are already planning our next vacation.

An Unforgettable Gem

We had an amazing week at this home, which exceeded our expectations from the listing. The porch became our favorite spot for morning gatherings as we planned our day, and the cool breeze made grilling under the house a delight. Our pups also had a fantastic time, enjoying plenty of play and relaxation on the grassy area outside. Hannah and Wes were exceptional hosts, providing us with accurate and helpful recommendations for local dining. We can't wait to return.

Spectacular

The property was everything plus more. Seeing the dolphins every morning was unbelievable. Mr. Wes and Ms. Hannah were very helpful and very flexible with us, seeing as we traveled from Texas. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a home away from home!

The property is beautiful! The home is extremely clean & is situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Very private! It is a new build yet feels like home, with all the necessities for a relaxing vacation. Simply amazing!

What a fantastic week we had here! Everything was so nice and clean and comfortable. Owners were fabulous and communicated so freely and quickly. They answered every question and were very responsive. Our experience there really mattered to them and it showed. Our kids range from 5-16 and everyone (parents included) had a blast. We can't wait to book another week at this amazing property!
