"We enjoyed our stay .the house was set up with everything we needed. The kids loved the toys and felt right at home watching TV. My grandkids really liked the kids room and my granddaughter wants a bed just like the one there .we had a wonderful time right around the corner to the ocean beach. Plenty on room for us and comfy beds too .I'm hoping to get back soon .I really liked the house ."

"It was a nice place for an overnight stay - clean (except a little bit of a pee smell), filled with toiletries, towels, but we stayed 3 adults and no bed sheets were provided and we had to call and inquire that, also check-in/out + breakfast place is in Days Inn which is 1 block away."

"The oven in the place was so outdated, it was hard to cook our pizza and mac and cheese on the stove top. We loved the proximity to the beach. I gave this place four stars due to the amount of money you pay for the accommodations. The beds were okay, and we didn’t have WIFI, but once again, being close to the beach and having a clamming station to clean the clams is what we came for."

"Custom service was horrible. While checking in staff was eating food handed me key card but didn't activate door key. Had to go back to get actived. No elevator should mention that for people that have problems with stairs. The check in area had a bad odor. The room had a funky mold odor. Tried to tell the staff that room smells they said "no it's fine just open windows I don't have any other room available all full." The location is not 24 hours. No one was at desk to check out at 7 am....

"Do not book. Filthy towels used to prop doors open in lobby near pool, styrofoam pieces scattered in and around pool, window screen in 3rd floor room completely broken and open (major safety hazard), comforter on bed dirty. There is no beach access, the hot tub is broken, and generally nothing is as advertised -- I was hoping for a nice new option for Ocean Shores, but this is the dirtiest hotel we've stayed in there (and that's saying something). A few staff members seemed to care a little, but...
