Great place to stay. There were 13 of us and it didn't feel crowded. Nice beach and loved the gazebo. Plenty of amenities. It was weird having to bring our own linens but it worked out fine.

Great central location. There were many quality restaurants within a fifteen minute drive . The beach wasn’t overcrowded like North Myrtle Beach. The house had enough bedrooms for the kids to have their own space .

Excellent beachfront property!

Was a fantastic spot for our group of 12 with great bedrooms/beds, nice open space for hanging out, gazebo and right on the beach. Excellent suggestions and responsiveness and easy entry with early entry. Was a great experience!

Ladies beach getaway

This house was perfect for our 10 ladies (all family) beach vacation. We loved sitting on the gazebo to watch the sunrise. Easy access to the beach, plenty of kitchen and dining space. Would stay again, very happy with everything. Enjoyed the little ice cream shop down the street that we walked to. Ocean Isle is a very beautiful area.

Great family trip

Was a great family friendly community. House was beachfront with a cabana that worked out great when little ones and adults wanted out of the sun. Nice to have bedrooms with private bathrooms. Also had plenty of table space and separate refrigerator for drinks. We were very pleased with accommodations and owners were very nice.

Fabulous ocean front beach house

Our friend group had a wonderful 4 night stay! We especially loved the gazebo, all the windows in the main living space, the cleanliness and the number of bedrooms. A very comfortable setup! Dan even let us get in earlier than the checkin time! We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Location and property.

The property was perfect for our needs. Everybody had plenty of space and we loved being together in it. They all wanted to come back to the same place next year as well. The location is perfect - also right on the beach and not too far from other activity. Would definitely give it a five star.

Awesome stay

We had a great time! The house is perfect for our group and was clean and ready for us to check in. This is our second year and we plan to go back next year on the same dates. The owner was very responsive, although we really did not need anything while we were there. Great oceanfront Home, even though it was too cold to go on the beach!

Second time stay on the beach at OIB

Lots of space and seating with a wonderful gazebo and easy access to the beach. Outside of the tropical storm our family had a wonderful time at the beach, in the town and playing cards. Bring your own beach chairs as the ones provided are pretty rusty. Great time!!

A great house and location

This was our second year at this house and we had a great week in a wonderful location. The location couldn't be better - with just a short walk out to the beach on the walkway. We especially love the gazebo and spent a lot of time there. Owner is great to communicate with. House was very clean again this year. We will be back next year!

Returning Group

This is my small group (aka - The Tribe) go to destination when it comes to going to the beach. We have a total of 14 wonderful Christ centered women in our group. Dan's place is the best because of the layout of the rental. It is perfect for us, right on the beach, and we love the location which is in walking distance of the pier and shops. I highly recommend this rental for a women's group trip! Cindy

Shhh! Don’t Tell!

I hesitate to write a good review because we really like this place and don’t want to lose it, but Dan has always been an excellent host and deserves the truth. We are a group of women who come down every November, our third time in this location and we are sold on it. As everyone says: clean, good location, great host response, also love the gazebo and the layout of the social area with two tables and a bar that make it possible for games, puzzles, and eating to all go on at the same time. So happy we found it!

Very nice home

Property was as advertised! Our family (9 of us) had a wonderful time ! We had great communication with owner ,Dan Rudolph ! Only real negative thing is we have a special needs adult son, who does not do steps well , & this property was really hard on him with steps ! Property not really conducive for handicapped or people having a real hard time with steps ! Property has great Ocean views, great floor plan, great gazebo that is very very close to ocean !

Labor Day Ocean Isle Family Beach Trip

My family had a wonderful stay at Ocean Isle - complete with watching a sea turtle hatching. The house was perfect for us. Plenty of rooms and beds, right on the ocean so that we could go back and forth to the beach, large open kitchen living room area, lots of eating space, and a delightful gazebo for watching the sunrise or hanging out in a light rain. Dan was very responsive to all our questions. The response from the maintenance guy when we found some outlets not working was quick, and he showed us how to reset them. I highly recommend this house.

Accommodated everything we needed in a beach house. We had a party of 11, including 6 kids. Rooms were great, kitchen was stocked, plenty of extra beach supplies available. Some of the deck boards are cracked or loose. Definitely a house we will come back to!
