"The experience was fantastic from the moment we checked-in. The front desk associates, friendly, professional and helpful. The restaurant team was very friendly and the food was great. We arrived when they were getting ready to close and they treat us in such a way, that make us feel special. They listened to us, managed food allergies, make us laugh and make sure we enjoyed our experience. The room was clean, beds comfy, and the view breathtaking. Service was fantastic. This visit was done during low season, so we have all the amenities for us. I know we will go back! "

"The ONLY COMPLAINT was the lack of courtesy from a senior front desk employee. Never a smile or courteous demeanor given during our stay. Ask a question and always got abrupt answers. My complaint was shared along with other family members and guests. This is not a reprimand on his demeanor but a suggestion to make known to him a customer especially during the holiday season should be responded to with a friendly approach. The curmudgeon personality was not at all acceptable. Otherwise our stay at the Fenwick was delightful. "

"I love it here. I bring my dog and it’s just so easy every time. No stress and the room is always clean and comfortable. I also greatly appreciate the late check-out and early check-in when I have my dog since I am able to get him situated as soon as I arrive. Staff is always so kind and helpful."
