This beautiful 5 BR 3.5 BA home has had many recent updates for the 2022 season and is ready to make this your most memorable Ocean City trip yet! On the main floor, you will find beautiful wood paneled walls and amazing wood flooring. The living room has new furnishings along with a large flat screen TV and a DVD player. The kitchen has new cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances and is ready to make those family time meals at home. There are several dining options on this level including seating in the dining area, the private porch off the dining area and the balcony off the living room area. Both outdoor areas have overhead string lighting and is a wonderful place to relax in the evening. Especially the front patio where you can hear the waves crashing onto the beach! The entry level bedroom has a Queen size bed along with a private bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the third floor and have a King bed and two full beds along with a shared full bath. The top floor has bedrooms 4 and 5 with another King bed and a pyramid bunk bed (full on the bottom and a single on the top) along with another shared full bath. Both front bedrooms have a private balcony and provide views of the ocean. There is a washer/dryer for guest use and wireless internet so that you can “stay connected.” The outside pool is a great option to cool off on those warm summer days or a pleasant change from the ocean. There are also charcoal grills next to the pool area for guest use.

This house is located on 71st street and is centrally located to all the fun that Ocean City and surrounding towns have to offer. Whether you are heading for a fun filled day at Assateague Island, the outlets in Rehoboth Beach or anywhere in between, this house puts you in the center of it all. It is also a smart choice for those who may going to Berlin or Salisbury for events as it provides easy access to route 90. You will love the proximity to many great restaurants and bars including Seacret’s, Fager’s Island, Long Boards, Rosenfeld's, Shott’s Point and the kids favorite Alley Oops, just to name a few. You will also be close to miniature golf, waver runner rentals, boat rentals, SOP rentals and the famous Jolly Roger Amusement Park.

* A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels.
* There is a private under cover driveway that will fit one vehicle. Additional parking is available on the street.
* This a 4-level townhome; there is no elevator.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 71st street.
* Outdoor Pool open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend.
