You will love vacationing at this beautiful 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo. Get the best of gorgeous sunrise AND sunset views at this beach getaway. Comfortably sleeping 8 guests with a king sized bed in the spacious primary bedroom and a queen and a full sized bed for additional guests in the second bedroom and a full sleep sofa in the living area. This bright and airy unit is ready for you to book and enjoy! Located on the 10th floor of the desirable 9400 Building you are just one unit back from direct ocean front. The 9400 Building provides all you need to make the most of your stay. You can take advantage of the fitness room laundry rooms and one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City MD! An easy stroll to shopping grocery stores and restaurants and of course steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secured and each condo is provided a single parking space. Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer. Your reservation includes a $65 building amenity use fee. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the 9400 Building directly for an additional $65.

Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

Great place with a great view

We stayed here during the Ocean's Calling festival. It was the perfect place with beach and bay views and steps from the shuttle bus to the event.

By comparison, this property was not as we expected based upon the price that we paid. We have paid a similar price for other properties in the past that were clean and fully functional. This property was not either of those.
