"Hotel was clean and friendly. Always had parking but some spots under the cover are pretty tight. They only give you one hand towel and two bath towels, and we found an extra towel or two would be nice. Bed was comfortable but firm. Nicely remodeled and would highly recommend for the price. Great location for lots of food and easy access to freeway and rest of the city."

"Room is small and ideal for solo trip. Parking is terrible. “First come first serve” not ideal when you’re arriving at midnight. The streets aren’t the safest. Other than that, room is clean, modern, and cute. Kiosk staff really helpful and easy to check in and out."

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was extremely dirty and smelled so bad that I felt sick walking in. We stayed as 3 people, but they only left 2 towels. We asked multiple times for another towel, and nobody ever brought it, so we were forced to share towels. To make things worse, one of the towels had lipstick stains on it, which was disgusting and clearly showed they were not cleaned properly. The blankets also smelled terrible and looked unwashed. "I personally like no service during my stay. I didn't have to put don't bother sign up, just asked and they complied. Staff is super nice and great area. I stayed in the same room I did last year. It's clean and has a TV with cable. Rather large dresser....with wide / low top...great for travelers. It might be a "dated" paint/ decor...but it's nice. No breakfast, staff is always available. "

"The Patrician Hollywood exceeded our expectations. We chose it for a short stay to get to know downtown LA and Pasadena arts, culture and food. TJ is an engaging host, with a wealth of local knowledge and the sophistication of a world traveler. The house is a perfect example of 1920s LA style (it could be a movie set), decorated with an eye for the exotic and comfortable. The views of the LA basin from the garden are expansive. The local streets are quiet (and excellent for a morning run)."

"My stay was great after maneuvering the road closures due to an event nearby. The location is excellent; across from the Walt Disney Concert Hall.
