Nice Location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wanted to love this house, and it does have some nice things going for it. However, the booking experience was a little off-putting. The contract I had to sign was almost as long as buying a house and I will admit to feeling some hesitation as to why I was being asked to initial pages and pages of items for a 4 day rental. Also, when I booked I did not realize that the owner lived in the house. This was my mistake as in a deeper review of the website it does state this. And the company did call and check with me that I was ok with this. Unfortunately, by that point there was nothing else for me to rent. If you're ok with having some shared spaces (laundry room and back lanai) then it's fine. The owner was gone most of the time anyway. Finally, while the house had everything we needed, the living room furniture is incredible uncomfortable and the space is not conducive to being able to watch television, etc. Kitchen was well stocked.

Very Spacious!

The house was very spacious, as described! We didn’t know until booking was confirmed that the owner had her own suite in the house where she stayed. We didn’t see her during our stay, but the description wasn’t upfront about that. House had wonderful furnishings and was everything we needed for a few day stay. Only issue we came across was that there were several mosquitos that lingered in the bathroom and roamed at night. Felt like we were constantly killing them and also waking up with mosquito bites. Everything else was good!

Relaxing Get Away.....

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My weeks in Ocala were pleasant and relaxing at this rental. The location was good for downtown and outskirts. It was a quiet neighborhood. The lanai was my favorite part, screened in and private. I had my coffee and newspaper out there every morning. The back yard was pretty with flowering trees and plants. I liked the layout of the home and made use of cooking some meals there, but ate out most of the time because there were so many good restaurants nearby. I have rented with this company before and found them to be very accommodating and available if a question comes up. I would use them again.

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was perfect! We have a close friend in hospital there and had some family members stay with us at the house. Everything we needed they thought of and more! The charm and cleanness of this house made it a very pleasant stay! A pet bunny came to visit us daily and the quietness of the neighborhood felt like home!
