"For some reason my room card just would not work in allowing access to the room. Numerous times I had issues. But every time the staff was very helpful in rectifying the situation."

"For accessibility it has the features but not usable features for a wheelchair bound individual. I am bilateral aka and I was out in a room that I could not access bathroom and front desk said there was nothing else available so I stayed 4 days without shower and had to go to Walmart for bathroom usage! They checked me in and saw clearly I had no legs and was in a wheelchair! That shows the nature of this hotel making sure their guest are taken care of! Note this only reason I stayed is because...

"Great hotel. This is the second year I stayed here for a musical festival. Nice staff, comfy rooms and convenient location. I would stay here again next year."

"This property is mainly utilized for out of town construction workers. Not an ideal place for a single mother traveling with a young child. It was also not the cleanest. Our bathroom towels were covered in long, black hair, there were several dirty spots on the floor near the bed and in the bathroom."

"While the room and everything was very clean it seems like maybe it was so new that they didn't have everything figured out so we had a little bit of issue with dining options, using the TV, and finding the front door 🤔 we ended up parking in the casino parking lot because there were parking barriers up where the GPS told us to go and there were no signs pointing to the hotel entry. But it was very clean and comfortable."
