"Great location with views of the area and walking distance to Lucerne. The balcony was a pleasant surprise. Room size and bathroom were good size. Only downside was the restaurant was closed on Monday during our stay which forced us off the property to find our meals."

"It was a pleasure staying at Hotel Lux ... very conveniently located with a Coop closeby...bus station closeby to take bus 2 to Luzern station...room had air conditioner which was blissful in this hot July weather... and the Staff were amazing... really helpful...especially Mikhaila and Regina to mention and off course great breakfast that was included...I highly would recommend this hotel to everyone traveling this way"

"Great location, poised to access downtown Lucerne, but with free parking and a nice complimentary breakfast. Being a boutique hotel, there was very limited staff on-site … including a self checkin and checkout system. Two buildings were combined to yield this hotel, and as a result there is a weird descending / ascending small step transition zone in interior halls between them. Our biggest issue was traffic noise. We had a front corner room, and without AC, had to keep the windows open for...
