"We stayed as a group, each using a separate room. My showerhead came off the hose, and although I contacted support, I received a response, but they did not repair it. "Excellent property with an amazing studio and comfortable bar. Great facilities for tourists, business travellers, and digital nomads. Only drawback was that there was no air conditioning which made sleeping during the heatwave difficult."

"Mnakri was really very nice and helpful. He met us and showed us around the apartment. He helped us by holding our luggage late. I only wish he spoke English and that he was able to answer my several attempts to ask him questions via email or WhatsApp before our arrival. In person, his English is sufficient to explain things in the apartment. "

"Could not get in front gate. Apartment was not as advertised. Bugs inside, toilet did not flush, a/c did not work, wires all around which seemed unneeded, duct tape over key in door on inside so could not lock the door while inside the apartment. Safety concerns. Upon checking in contacted host about issues, no offers to resolve any issues. Felt so unsafe that we left the apartment within an hour of arrival. Trying to work with host and holidu to receive refund as didn’t stay at all and...
