The location is a bit of a mess, weeds all over the place, a rusty sign outside, not very welcoming. The pool is in front of the owner’s house and you have to ask them to be able to go in. "Pros: Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ganz im Gegenteil, soviele nette und süße Kleinigkeiten, dass habe ich so noch nicht vorgefunden Cons: Die Wohnung ist noch sehr neu und geht gerade durch seinen ersten Sommer. Daher wäre es super wenn es in der Zukunft einen Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern geben könnte. Wir waren leider völlig zerstochen."

"This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!"

"Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"The apartment was very comfortable, and was well equipped, with a little balcony. Wiesloch is also a lovely little town and is within walking distance. Communication with the host, Norbert, worked very well. We really appreciated the welcome sweets and wine! "
