"The hotel itself is beautiful especially from the outside. Checking in is smooth. Location is closer to train station. Did not get the chance to try the spa and gym. Did not try the food as well. Outside the hotel, there are fast food and small supermarket nearby if you want to grab some food and snacks. The issue I have got is the water pressure in the shower, slow flow but manageable. There is a small kettle provided for teas and coffee, temperamental kettle. Otherwise all okay. "

"The room had small fly’s, there was rubbish under the bed from the previous people which the cleaner didn’t bother to check which brought all the flys in the room. On the second day she didn’t bother to clean the shower and left the towels on the floor, also we booked in 3 adult and a child age 8. when we went in the room there was a cot bed made up, which I had to take down. "The corner room was great and comfortable. It was a convenient location with the no. 48 bus from central bus station taking you there with the last stop. Facilities were excellent with a pool and gym, breakfast was a good standard. Evening meal options satisfactory. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall we would recommend this hotel and stay again. "
