"I believe that this lodge is under fairly new ownership/management. The room cleanliness was ok at best. Limited towels, no remote for the TV, no ice available, limited bathing items, soap/shampoo. It said continental breakfast but that was unavailable. Limited staff hours/no late check in after 10PM-midnight. Parking spaces are very tight and the pool is "closed for repairs" and looks like it has been that way for a while. Also, the self serve laundry facility is also down for repairs. And last but not least, the sigh on HWY 95 does not light up/not working so it is easy to miss it. It is OK for a last minute and it could be better. I hope that the new owners/management can bring it up to better standards."

"Negative stars - We booked a non-smoking room on Hotels.com. When we arrived to check in, one hour after check-in started, they told us there were no non-smoking rooms available. Even our confirmation on the website, stated that it was a non-smoking room that we reserved. They said we would’ve had to ask by special request on Hotels.com or on their end. There was no area to request such a thing. And they refused to give us our money back. I won’t say they stole from us, but they did not try to make it right at all. Not accommodating and not customer focused. The manager said she would not approve a refund request from Hotels.com. And I was very, very polite. "
