"I booked this hotel for the indoor pool and availability of the handicap accessible room. Unfortunately, after using the pool once, I didn't want to use it again. The pool was very cold- my daughter was shivering after 10 minutes. There was food all over the floor and tables. There weren't many clean towels available. "Checking in was fine, walking into the room the first thing you smell was musty cigerettes. Supposed to be non smoking room. Room not real clean, bathroom had hair on floor near tub. Went to wash my face and found hair (small hair) on the wash cloth. I put my food in fridge for the night to eat the next day, fridge froze the food that was not to be frozen. Including my drinks.
