"The entire room needs more Maintenance, there are a lot of cockroache. There is a bad odor-Smells of Animals and Cigarettes. Honestly it is no longer a good Hotel for a Stay, I just don't Feel comfortable there anymore. I am very Sorry to Say This. Thank you for your Service."

"Got there at 2am from an 8 hr drive for them to tell me had to wait till 330 to get a room bc their system was reloading but I was just checking in and the room was paid for ! Could've wrote it down or did anything to accommodate the situation but instead the front desk person was rude and stuck up"

"The room was dirty and the surroundings of the hotel give bad vibes due to the fact that there are many people walking around drinking, smoking and the rooms say for non-smoking but all that there smells like cigarettes"

"Very dirty room, roaches, people lurking around the property."
