"It’s a very nice place. The sheets and beds were very comfortable. I’d say the only thing that could have been better was having boxes of tissues in the house and hand towels in the bathroom. There were towels and washcloths but not hand towels. Other than that everything was good. This has nothing to do with the house but the road construction was absolutely insane. So if you’re in the area staying, give yourself a little time to get where you’re going. I did message our host pointing out a few...

"Everyone was smooth and easy. The stay was comfortable and everything was clean. Thank you!"

"We were happy with the accommodations. Cute place! The location is on a nice street (Arden Park) of historic homes. The driveway is narrow and gated. It was a tight fit for our Honda Odyssey, but thankfully my husband did the driving. The stairs, going up to the unit, seemed a bit steep and smooth. I mention this only because I was worried about our elderly dog falling, but he did ok. The neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed. Communication was good. Check out was super...

"The description as a 1 bedroom is a bit inaccurate, it is a studio apartment. Other than that, everything else was lovely."

"The trip was for my wife and her friends. They really enjoyed this day. The property was perfect for them. Close to the arena in downtown. Had a great time"

"We didn’t even stay"

"Perfect for what we needed, really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and access to laundry amenities in unit"

"The place was mostly clean, but the couch was crumby and there was a bag of frozen fruit peels, crackers, and I don’t really know what else in the freezer which was super strange. Other than that though, it was great! I could tell linens were clean. It was a great location and a good amount of space for the price. We did get a parking ticket for “not parking within 6 inches of the curb” so be very mindful of your parking if parking by the building. There was some late night noise a few nights,...

"The host was very responsive and the place was lovely, safe and quiet, close to downtown and had plenty of street as well as dedicated parking spaces. I'd pack shampoo and moisturizer (something I usually don't pack when I book a hotel), everything else is available at the location."
