"We had an excellent experience. The place was wonderful. A real place to disconnect from everything. We Highly recommend it."

"Loved how secluded it was ,the quietness the unit was exceptional clean & fresh , The grounds are expertly groomed with a ,firepit and a really nice hot tub will be back again as a 3 &4 bedroom unit is availiblealso"

"The property is located on the outskirts of Tannersville. The location is very close to hiking including the iconic Kaaterskill Falls. Unfortunately, the location is overshadowed by a very disappointing property. Its essentially run down motel in the back of a closed restaurant with a for sale sign out front. The building was not very clean and no staff were on site. The pictures are also a bit misleading as the restaurant is now closed and the grounds have deteriorated since the closure. The...

"Had such a nice and peaceful time here. A"

"The host was lovely however I regret to say that the place was filthy. The cluttered kitchen had a layer of grime on everything, all the dishes and pots and pans looked dirty, the garbage pail in the kitchen hadn't been emptied, the box holding the paper towels was dusty and full of crumbs, and the tea kettle was so grungy that I didn't even want to touch it. The water in the bathroom sinks smelled like sulphur. The downstairs toilet was so noisy and running all night that it kept me up most...

"Sure looked and sounded a lot better in the online description. The one good thing about my stay was the excellent communication with the host. The rest, well, I’ll try to stay polite and just list the facts. 1. There’s a huge For Sale sign out front and an abandoned restaurant next to the rooms. 2. Room needs updating badly.3. Windows don’t open or close. The hardware is either broken or frozen. 4. One window stays wide open, it has no screen so I had to jury rig a towel over the open window so...

"The best "

"I was disappointed with the condo because the a/c that was listed did not cool the upstairs bedroom. Also, the bed had flannel sheets which made sleeping problematic. I would recommend condo spring, fall and winter.Kitchen table only had a single chair which was a problem,"

"We loved the location, king sized beds in each room and 4 bathrooms. Everything was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and feed the 11 of us comfortably. The hot tub was a huge hit!"

"Staying at this property was an absolute delight. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt even better in person than in the photos. Every detail - from the comfortable bedding to the amenities - made my stay feel effortless and relaxing. Check in was smooth. Overall an outstanding experience. Highly recommend this property! "

"Beautiful place to enjoy nature! Peaceful ! Pool time was refreshing! The downside is that the dome gets very hot during the day. At least at night is nice and cold ! But we really enjoyed !"
