"All staff had a great sense of humour and went beyond to help check-in. They made guests feel comfortable and happy. Highly recommend staying at Alivio in particularly the villas. However, this was my first time staying in the cabins. It's a bit outdated and needs some TLC."

"This property was an absolute disaster. It was old and shabby in the extreme. We had to leave immediately upon arrival as there was an awful smell inside. I discovered the source of the smell in a kitchen bin which had not been emptied. It contained a rotting dog bone and meat offcuts covered in maggots. "Customer service was excellent from all staff. Very clean and quiet space. Undercover secure parking with over 2 m clearance. Great location with beautiful views. "
