"Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. La ubicación es perfecta, muy bien situada para moverse y disfrutar de la zona. Las instalaciones están muy bien, son cómodas y cuentan con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. En general, todo superó nuestras expectativas. "Very cute and located centrally. Parking was available which was a bonus. The only thing is the rooms are not soundproof and after a long day of travel our neighbors woke us up in the middle of the night. Walls were so thin. But the room was so cute and breakfast and lovely. Staff were amazing!"

"The architecture of Pousada Armenteira was quite unusual; you see it on the right as you come down the camino path into Armenteira. It is a glass & concrete building with weathered wooden uprights on the facade. The interior has polished wood floors and walls; interesting exhibits of local artists. The receptionist was charming & helpful; check-in very easy. A very good breakfast is included. No bar or evening meal available, but 1 cafe open 'til 5pm & 1 bar+ restaurant, near the monastery, serves evening meal from 7-11 pm. The room & bathroom were very clean. Beds comfortable. Shower facility quite unique; suitable for disabled access; bath serves as drain-has a liftable over, which is flush with the floor--lift it & you have a sunken tub! It is more than a guest house, it has the capacity for corporate events."

"Excellent spot providing much better value than the hotels in town. Right across the road from the not too busy and very nice beach. Hourly bus takes you to town in no time or you can walk the 5km. Spacious room, pleasant and helpful staff and an outstanding buffet breakfast with an amazing variety of food and beverages."
