"I had a wonderful stay here! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I want to give a shout out to Edna, who was so extremely kind and offered me a lot of tips and advice on what to do in Mombasa. The room was also very comfortable, clean, and beautiful! I would happily stay here again! It was also a short walk away from the Nyali beach!"

"Upon arrival, I was greeted by the owner, Duncan, who immediately demanded that I pay an additional amount beyond what I had already paid through Expedia on January 17th. When I refused, he became agitated and annoyed. After advising Expedia of the situation, they managed to cancel my booking. However, as I attempted to leave the premises, three security guards held me back and insisted that I needed to pay for the room before I could exit.
