"La atención desde la llegada fue súper atenta. Nos ofrecieron early check in y late check out. 2 copas de cortesía en el bar. La habitación está grande y el black out perfecto. Sólo mejoraría el aire acondicionado porque no funcionaba bien y nos tuvieron que mandar un ventilador."

"Overall a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was a good size and hotel facilities were clean. We did have issues with our TV which eventually got replaced and fixed. The breakfast was of good quality and staff were friendly. Hotel is a great location close to the old town and with plenty of restaurants near by. We did request for a late checkout of 30-60 minutes but unfortunately this was denied by the front desk who seemed inflexible to offer any movement on this. Given the check in time of the hotel is 3pm, I feel there could have been some flexiblity on this with most of the other hotels I have stayed at offering better flexiblity and understanding. I understand you can get complimentary 2pm checkout if booking directly with the hotel, so this might be worth considering if you have a later flight. All in all, I would recommend this hotel."
