"The hotel was beautifully decorated. Our room large and comfortable. Unbeknownst to us there was a loud childrens club and many groups of men- golfing, rugby, drinking loudly. We decided to move onto another hotel. "

"We went during school trip times so as you can imagine full of spanish kids who have no manners. But apart from this. The staff were amazing and couldnt do more to help you or try to avoid the kids during breakfast and Dinner. Room was fine, a/c was alright. Food wasnt the best options but enough for a picky eater like me. Fresh fruit. Bread, pastries ect "

It would have been nice to have a smart tv like most hotels do these days and the only two channels we could get were in Spanish. Otherwise everything was fine. "DO NOT STAY HERE! We arrived at 5:15 for the designated 5:00 check in time. The entire office was locked up. We called the phone number 5 times with no answer. Finally, someone came outside and told us that they had sent us info on how to access "after hours" keys. After hours? It was 5:15. The girl told us check in was only from 4-5, despite their own website saying 5. We walked up 3 steep floors to our room, no elevator. The whole stairway reeked of weed. There was a pile of mouse droppings outside the front door. We opened our door to the filthiest place. Clumps of pet hair, dirty linens, unmopped floors, dog pee stains on the couch, etc. We honestly spent an hour finding a new hotel and then left. We never even checked in as the girl said to do it in the morning. I contacted Expedia for help. They also couldn't reach anyone. We went back the next day to tell the hotel front desk what had happened. The girl was very nice and said the manager would reach out. That never happened. It is a non refundable hotel and now I know why. They have zero intention of making it right. "
