"The staff was amazing. It was great to have a restaurant right there. The beach was right there, literally down the steps! It was a very very nice beach. After staying here for two nights, I felt refreshed and relaxed. I had the only single room in the place, which was up a large number of stairs, the last flight being of a small creaky wooden circular staircase. If you have trouble walking upstairs, this might not be your place. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this location."

"I visited the resort with my wife and my son (15yo). The resort is nice, the architecture is characteristic, small houses and not a big building. The room was too small for three persons. No gym (one treadmill out of order and few weights). The Valtur animation was good (good shows after dinner and activities during the day for teenagers). "Die Lage war sehr schön, die Unterkunft, wir waren leider nicht im Haupthaus ist etwas I. Die Jahre gekommen. Die Gartenmöbel bei der Terrasse waren nicht besonders einladend. Handtücher und Bett waren sauber. Das Restaurant war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlichen. Frühstück war ok, es gab leider keine Eier. Der Pool war sehr groß und sauber. "Stunning property, the only issue I have is that it talked about a private beach, but the beach was not accessible easily. We had to take a shuttle. Also there was no food or drinks for sale on the beach by the hotel"

"NOT oceanfront, NOT soundproof at all. You hear everything from the hallways and everything from the street surrounding you- including the road construction directly beside the building each morning around 8 a.m., you need to book your parking in advance of your arrival which no one advised us of even when checking in (spots are VERY small), our room was missing a shower door and had a strange continuous leak in the corner in the bathroom, you can't ask for anything same day- we asked for the beach towel and lounger rental and were told we would have to come back the next morning and ask (we just bought our own). Bed was super lumpy and not comfortable. Overall not a great experience- staff isn't helpful, building isn't well maintained and it's definitely not soundproof or waterfront like the description states."

"The most horrible travel experience I’ve ever had 8 of us planned this trip together as family reunion The rooms were so moldy and dirty that my brother and his fiancé had to leave before midnight they couldn’t even sleep in the room. The mold smell made them so sick. My personal room of the other three had the mold, but not as bad as the other two so my daughter-in-law and my two grandchildren and my friend we all slept in my room Prior to this, we all went to the front desk to describe our problem and a room attendant with a bottle of Febreze came to spray the room. How is it supposed to kill the mold? We went back to the front desk again, explaining our concerns with the mold and they said they’ve already upgraded us. This is not true. Our room has not been moved. The dining experience is hard to find the words, the lunch menu, which looked lovely. We all went to order our lunch and they were told they only have pizza available then we went to order cocktails and then we’re told they don’t have the ingredients to fix multiple bar requests After still trying to change our rooms, we thought well let’s go to dinner. Only a buffet was available. The food was cold. The meat was dry bugs in her water. Glasses, disgusting is the only word I can think of. I have never seen such a lack of concern for your This is definitely not a property I could ever recommend I’ve been in the hotel business many many years and this was an experience. I’ll never forget."
