"Great location both close to the train station and the main shopping street. Very simple Ryokan with a simple onsen. Both indoors and outside were well maintained, but slightly old rustic feel.
Quiet nights even though it is near that main street."

"We were staying in annex Japanese Western room with river view, room is very spacious and comfortable. We were enjoying the buffet meals (breakfast and dinner) with lots of varieties of foods and drinks (included alcohol at dinner time only), also enjoying lounge with free drinks after dinner. Staff are very helpful and friendly, we would definitely stay at the same hotel again."

"原本打算到貓貓溫泉酒店過一晚除浸溫泉外，又可和貓貓一齊開心的過一個晚上但很失望，晚餐是店舖叫的外賣份量很少是普通的定食不能加量而且得幾嚿肉，這點必須要改善。
若要和貓貓玩卻原來需要進入另外一間貓房並要付款才可進入，這一點也令人失望！
職員是非常的友善有禮，這點是值得讚。性價比不高。"
