"Great location for Notting Hill and Kensington"

"Super comfortable room above the pub with air conditioning (much needed this summer)!! Very clean and quiet with lots of coffee shops and Turkish eateries nearby. Walking distance to Kensington Gardens, Bayswater & Queensway tube stations and a bus station diagonally across the street. Glad to have a phone in the room as we needed to make some local calls. "Very old rundown hotel, tiny rooms you can't open a suitcase in. It was extremely hot and they had barely functional fans as their solution (no AC). Moldy smell in the corridors. The staff was not helpful. The manager was very nice. We only stayed one night out of four planned and escaped to a better hotel"

"We loved our stay at The Laslett. The location was perfect to get to Central London as well as Wimbledon and there are so many great restaurants near the hotel itself. Isabella at the Front Desk was exceptionally helpful to us during our stay, and our room was immaculate and spacious. Also arranged for a fantastic massage treatment in the hotel's spa which was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is very clean and well maintained. It is on a very central location, with easy access to the main London attractions. The only negative is the rooms positions: if tou get a basement or first floor apartment, forget the view. The window, in one of our apartments could not be opened and was blanked, so no view at all."

"Clean, modern, nicely renovated & comfortable hotel in Nottinghill. Staff were always pleasant & helpful. A/C worked perfectly, comfy bed & pillows, big shower w plenty of hot water. We had a basement twin rm which was spacious & perfect for my friend & I to fit all our stuff for the week. Bayswater & Queensway tubes are 2 min away, & lots of shops & restaurants there, too. Hotel street was quiet at night. Highly recommend a stay here for central London!"
