"The room was clean and the gym was nice, but overall I was disappointed considering we paid around $300 USD per night. The room had an espresso machine but no bottled water, which I found very strange. How are you supposed to make coffee? My girlfriend called the front desk to request two bottles of water and was told they couldn’t provide them before 4 PM. I had to call again and complain before they finally brought us water. For a hotel at this price point, something as basic as bottled water shouldn’t be an issue. The pool also had a very strong chlorine smell and was packed with kids, so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a quiet or more adult atmosphere. On the positive side, the room was clean and the gym was very nice. Overall, though, the service and amenities didn’t match the price we paid."
