"The last four years, we have always stayed one or two nights a year. We have always enjoy our stay there. Staff very friendly and the place always very cleaned, but we did notice the rug as you walk in had black stains, other wise the whole room was clean and welcoming."

"Lovely Hotel! The moment you walked into this lobby, you’ll see beautiful shades of oceanic blue tones, art and a water feature on the wall. Staff were very friendly at check in. Clean rooms, silent hallways. Which I really enjoyed. Usually we hear people’s conversations or kids running down hallways. But not at this hotel. Slept so well. BONUS: The evening drink tickets were a wonderful surprise, and the waterfront views from bar balcony was the sweet spot!!! I truly appreciated feeling like the hotel in itself was a vacation stay. Will return!!"

"The property grounds and surrounding area is stunning. This extends to the room, it felt warm and homey in the best way. The size of the rooms were amazing, the jet tub was a hit with my kids, and the beds were very comfortable. The amenities fee paid for itself with the included parking alone. We were sad that they did not have any of the s’mores kits made (2 kits were supposed to be one of the included amenities) and didn’t offer an alternative or to make more kits. The checkout time listed on my itinerary when I booked said 12pm, I was informed that the hotel had switched to 11am after the date I booked. I would have hoped the original booking would be honored but it was only an hour. The made to order breakfast was waayyy too expensive for what you get. Snack market onsite was standard for hotel. The one restaurant looked nice but definitely not a reasonable choice if you have young kids. I wouldn’t recommend it for families with kids under 10-13. Going as a single adult or couple would be the best experience."

"Exceptional two-night stay! The Orient Express caboose is incredibly unique, spotless, and quiet at night. Sleeping up in the bunks was a ton of fun, and the location is perfect—just a short drive to Olympic National Park and the Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge. Highly recommend for a memorable getaway!"

"The location is quiet and right next to the Black Bear Diner - excellent breakfast dinners and desserts. The exercise room is clean and the equipment are well maintained. The coffee bar was good and free. The top of the hotel has a sitting lounge with a great view of the surroundings. The bed and room were clean. Solid place to stay."
