"The lobby is secured and requires card key access. I'm assuming due to the homeless population that lingers around. The parking was abundant once we found out where that was. The breakfast was so-so, but it was also complimentary so take that as you will. The pool was freezing, and murky, likely due to the over usage of chlorine, it wasn't very enjoyable. The rooms were smaller than pictured. I booked for two queen suites, expecting a pullout couch in both and received two queen rooms with queen...

"A beautiful old building with period decor. Unfortunately, it has seen better days, but minor inconveniences were easy to overlook when surrounded by the beauty of the building. And breakfast was delicious!"

"This was perfect walking distance to Ball arena. Even walking at night I felt safe. The restaurant attached to college campus near the entrance was a great recommendation. Valley was smooth and easy to use. The breakfast was great! I would absolutely stay here again with my family."
