"Second time I've stayed here and loved both visits. This time we were given an upgrade (suite with a view of the Empire State Building), which was perfectly clean with all amenities. Beds are very comfortable and location perfect. Will continue to choose The New Yorker for our visits."

"We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been more impressed. The staff in every area of the hotel were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made a huge difference throughout our visit. The housekeeping team was especially outstanding — their efficiency was second to none, and they were all incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was beautiful, very well maintained, and had a lovely atmosphere throughout. We also really appreciated the security on the door, which made us feel particularly safe, even though we had no concerns about the area itself. On top of that, the location was perfect and made everything so convenient. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"Small boutique hotel with loads of character. Room was clean. Window A/C during an August evening had to be set low to keep the room somewhat cool, just comfortable. Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Rather quiet for being so close to the busyness of the city. Close to everything we planned in Midtown."
