"We stayed in one room and after taking a shower, the water continued to run even after turning off so they moved us to another room. The ac unit in the closet where the bedroom is sounds like it’s about to break down so it was loud especially while we were sleeping. The vent would not close so we had to put a towel on it so that it wasn’t blowing directly on us. We checked out early but not because of anything they did and asked about a partial refund but was told no. The bathroom floors were...

"The room was clean but both we and our friends in a different room had problems with hot water. At 4 pm the water was cold no matter how long it was runnning. In the evening it was hot for several minutes, then barely warm. I had to to get up at 6am to take my morning shower. Air conditioning was fine. Breakfast was good. Staff was polite and helpful."
