Cheltenham Chase Hotel & Spa
The was clean, the bed was bad we had double room. One side of the bed was sink/broken so uncomfortable. Tried to call room service no one answered, call reception and transfer the call still no one answered. So have to go ordered at restaurant for room service and staff argue that never hear the ...

A very nice town depicting the Cotswold area perfectly. Well positioned for day trips to Stratford or Bath.
