"Booked a queen suite. Got put on the top floor with no working elevators and zero notice, and due to it being in a bad neighborhood and reviews reporting vehicle break-ins, we had to take all our belongings inside and needed to carry it all up 4 flights of stairs with our baby. Got to our room and the air wasn’t working in the bedroom, and the thermostat read nearly 80 degrees but the air unit wouldn’t kick on. "Room was tidy, but far from clean. Nothing worked efficiently from the Microwave,, to the TV, to the AC unit, to the water pressure for bathing. Key code didn't work. Place was trifling. But you get what you pay for -I guess..."

"The only thing about our stay that I can say was nice was the staff, they were all VERY kind. Everything else was an absolute nightmare! My 14yr old son & myself were at the Pond on location and a man exposed himself to us, urinating while looking right at us. I filed a report with the manager. There was garbage, cigarette butts and beer bottles/cans everywhere. The outdoor pool was green and had garbage floating in it.
