"This is a top notch hotel in every way! Impeccable service and staff, clean comfortable room, 5 minutes drive to and from airport makes this an ideal transit or long layover hotel. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m passing through Hanoi."

"Excellent property with very friendly and helpful staff. Massage/Spa service was very good and well-priced. Housekeeping was done really well. Breakfast buffet offers a good variety too, which includes hot-cooked food as well. Location was well situated in walking distance to Old Quarters (~20mins) and French Quarters (~10mins). Famous chocolatier (Marou Chocolate) is right down the street (2mins walk) and a Circle K (convenience shop) located just a few steps away. Staff were great as they...

"Great experience"

"Room was comfortable and great service recovery from Steven improved the experience. Club lounge was relatively smaller, with more lounge seats than dining tables. During dinner hours, guests may have to share the larger dining table, creating more of a communal canteen vibe than exclusive lounge. More proper dining tables would help. There is also room for improvement in the attentiveness of lounge staff and service levels of doormen and coffee service during breakfast."

"Friendly helpful staff. Everything in the room worked. Hot water for shower was very good. Small mini bar with very reasonable prices. Noise from motor bikes down below, but I’m sure that is everywhere"

"All the staff were brilliant especially Cindy"

"The service was great the breakfast was good . The reception girl Ho ey was very well and gave nice service"

"Loved this hotel and the front desk team especially Grace who went out of her way to make our stay special. Lovely pool, breakfast and amenities. Close walking distance to most things, but also an easy location to book a Grab. In a very busy area, it's quiet and offers a great balance if you want to relax, eat or sit at the skybar in the hotel without going out. It's exactly as the pictures depict and definitely one of the top hotels in the area."

"This hotel is in the heart of Old Quarters. Great location and very convenient for the tour to pick up. Staffs are very helpful. Room is very clean. Breakfast is amazing. Highly recommended."

"Very clean, great food and excellent service provided by all the staffs. Inside the hotel, everything is perfect. But once you step out the hotel, you immediately feel walking into the different world. Dirty, narrow streets occupied by lots of shady houses and small businesses shops. You will probably woke up very early morning by the loud talking from the streets. You probably will hear some old guys singing off key. Now I understand why the hotel provide guests with earplugs. We booked the...

"Amazing staff and service! I feel almost bad saying it because the location and staff are so great, although the rooms are very clean they are a little small and bit dated. If you need space choose a room category that is larger. Would I stay here again? Definitely!"

"This is a great hotel on the edge of the Old Quarter with a good restaurant and spa. But it’s the staff that deserve all the accolades - they are simply outstanding and go out of their way to help, even assisting us to rebook part of our onward travel when our plans changed due to illness. You will be well looked after."

"The staff was so courteous and accommodating they made our stay so memorable. I would definitely come again if I'm in the area."

"Very friendly"
