"Definitely an older property and it's going through lots of renovations. They're working on the main public areas and those look nice. But once you start going to your room, you really see all the work going on. The room next to ours was being used as a storage area for the construction materials and there were in there around 7 am everyday moving stuff around, slamming the door and coming in and out. Staff at the main lobby restaurant were nice and friendly. It was nice to have a golf cart ride back to our building and I think they provide that service to the water park also. We had to walk by a lot of construction to get to the water park. We did love the seating areas around the lazy river. It was an experience, but I don't think we'll be back."

"Probably one of the worst hotel stays we've had. The hotel was quiet and there was ample parking, although parking in the rear of the building did not seem well lit. The shampoo, conditioner, and lotion provided by the hotel were awful and stunk, and although the room was clean it was incredibly dark with very poor lighting. Tiny TV, and the most uncomfortable bed. When I mentioned the bed to the front desk, we were told that all the beds were new and that "most people like them". We came back to the hotel on our second evening to find signs on the elevators that they were out of order. We were on the fourth floor. Their solution? See if the elevator will work. Did not bother with their breakfast after we got cups of apple juice that were just slightly yellow water."

"We had a great stay! The staff was always so nice and friendly. The pools were amazing and there was so much to do in/near the hotel. "

"Easy parking, quick check in, free breakfast. The attendant at breakfast was very attentive and he always made sure tables were quickly wiped for and ready for the next guest. Food was restocked regularly. Coffee is grind on demand machines and was delicious. "
