"The desk clerk upon check-in was not the most kind or understanding. All the other desk clerks were way better! The area where this motel is locared is a rough place, lots of shady people moving about all day and night, drug deals and prostitution going on on the property and lots of noise! The room smelled of smoke, the lightinh in but the room was dimly lit and there was only one towel, I asked for another but was told that is all they gave out. This is a place i won't stay at again!"

"First time booking here, pretty easy to get checked in and checked out. Room was clean with no issues whatsoever. Pretty conveniently located right next to the ramp for I-17. Would definitely book here again."

"None of the pictures on Expedia are update, they are pictures from years ago. The rooms stink, the hallway carpets are dirty and trash everywhere, the sidewalks haven't been washed down in years, the pool was green and slim floating at the bottom. Lots of street people. The women at the front desk were very accommodating and tried to fix the situation. We finally stayed at a loft there because when we rented it, it didn't give address until after we paid again and landed up being the same place. Rented a kitchenette with no microwave, no kind of dishes, no coffee pot, 2 out of 3 tv's didnt work, you pay to wash your towels and sheets, no cups, nothing. After complaining they did get us coffee pot and new pots an pans, cups and silverware and they had someone come out and fix the pool but it was still green when we left and they did bring a cable box for 1 tv and a cable for the other. I should not have to complain to get everything corrected but they did try. Unsupervised kids running around and swimming in the pool the next day when it was still green and not ready. Never did get the microwave we asked for. I've never stayed at a hotel that makes you wash your towels and sheets and pay for it at their laundromat. The GM and ladies at the front desk did try and get us things we asked for. Sorry but nothing like the listing at all nor the second listing either."

"Check in was awful. We were given keys to 2 different rooms on different floors & neither were ready to be occupied. So we had to keep going back to the front desk moving our luggage from floor to floor. Finally the third room was ready for us to occupy after some time. No communication between staff. Tried to use the pool and outside areas. but pool was full of deprie and bugs. Cushions and chairs in outside area that looked great online were dirty, torn cushions and unkept. Cigarette butts in the fireplaces and seating area. We asked twice if they could clean the pool so we could use it next day in our stay and they basically ignored us. We tried to talk to manager and he basically lied saying they clean the pool twice a day, the leaves from the trees were the problem and the week before they had spring break and no one complained?! There were trees near the pool but the amount of deprie in the bottom of the pool and dead bugs in it clearly showed it had not been cleaned for some time. Room itself was cheaply furnished but was clean. However not once our entire stay did we see any maintenance person doing anything about the outside conditions. This is Phoenix; you should be able to enjoy a pool and the outside! "

"Half the rooms are unusable, broken glass in most places, have a homeless issue and useless security, never answer front desk phone, and most of the amenities they have listed are either closed permanently or broken. "
