"Property was in a great location, clean, welcoming, and a bargain. Slightly difficult to find the first time then was easy sailing. Communication from host was top notch. Only difficulty i experienced was adjusting to the height of ceilings. I struck my head routinely on the sloped ceilings, between rooms, and especially bathroom. I am approximately 71.5 inches/182cm for reference. My daughter at 63 inches/160cm was fine. All in all we enjoyed our stay!"

"In a word, fabulous. The villa is located in a very quiet area, the stay was in perfect peace (the occasional and distant dog barking is not disturbing at all and the neighbors' dogs are completely calm). It's almost a miracle that the villa is also a few minutes drive from the centre of Funchal, also a large supermarket with groceries, meat, fish and everything you need and also a great starting point for any trip. "Très bel endroit sur le bord de l’eau avec une magnifique vue!! Proche de quelques restaurants. La piscine est super également. Ce que vous avons moins apprécié c’est qu’il n’y avait pas d’air climatisé très performant dans notre chambre et c’était très inconfortable dormir, le lit également pas le plus confortable. Pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner, c’est ok sans grande variété entre les journées."

"The rooms were clean, and large with large opening windows or balconies to dry your clothes or to let in a breeze. The staff were very nice, friendly and quite helpful. There is exactly enough parking if the hotel is full, as there is two parking lots. Even as the last to come back at the end of the day, we were able to park our mini SUV without issue. The hotel has incredible views of the mountains that surround Boaventura The pool and outdoor relaxation space was very nice to come back to each day for either an afternoon rest or an evening swim. The jacuzzi was not the warmest in the world. You do have to pay 10 euro to use the sauna. Pool hours are 9am-8pm, it would be great if the pool was open later for the late returning travelers. There is plenty of shared space on be property inside and out as well. The buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day, not many options but the options available were good (deli meats, cheese, breads, cereal, fruit and toast, plus coffee and juice). Breakfast hours are from 8am-10am which does make it difficult to enjoy the breakfast if you plan on going somewhere for the sunrise. The dinner menu also had a few choices and the portions were decently large. The hours here are 7pm-9pm which again can make it difficult to enjoy if you go out for a sunset or are maximizing the day on another part of the island."

"We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madeira. It had everything our family needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip—from the well-equipped kitchenette and espresso machine to the thoughtful touch of a collapsible drying rack for swimsuits and towels. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always eager to help. The hotel itself was spotless, and it was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities. Breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection of fresh, delicious options. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking here again on our next visit!"
