"Great breakfast menu. Clean rooms We’ll stay again!"

"BEWARE. Not as described! Our room was dirty with food left in the fridge that smelled. Asked for another room, keys were not activated correctly. Once in our room, someone unlocked our door, and came in. It was the general manger! There is a sign on the door stating the hotel doors were locked from 11pm-6am for the safety of the staff and guests. Thank you Hotels.com for refunding us. *I do want to state how the staff was friendly and nice*"

"Our room was in a daylight basement with a grand view of a dirt sidewalk. The bathroom reeked of a combination of mold and bleach, as did most of the facility. The TV did not function, the unfortunate desk clerk had the same issue with at least 3 other rooms. After trying multiple remote controls, he finally had to actualy change out the TV. Which leads us to the only bright spot, the desk clerk. He was unfailingly cheerful and helpful despite all the issues the facility presented him with. 5 stars for him! No stars for the hotel. Don't book here!"

"Clean room, everything stocked, convenient location right off the highway even though you had to go through almost an entire parking lot to get to the hotel. Nice breakfast buffet. A plus - a hot tub!!"

"Room was dirty and smells like cigarette smoke. They had air fresheners on the ac vents. Breakfast was terrible. Juice and coffee creamer machines weren’t working. Reservation 2 months before the trip for a large room and got put in the smallest room ever. All the staff except one gentleman were cranky when asking questions about the area. I don’t recommend this place and will never stay there ever again. Also got a text message on finally day at 6:30am asking to rate them and when we plan on checking out. Don’t stay at this place."

"Staff was very good and we were given clear instructions on where to get the key because we were arriving about 9pm. The room seemed very clean except there were some very large stains on the carpet near the front door, other than this the room appeared to be clean. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows."
