"Everything went pretty well overall. Best in mind there is no swimming pool, and the bell desk team lost all of our luggage until I expressed some anger and frustration. Then, magically, they found the luggage somewhere on property bringing us our stuff minus 2 items. By the time it was all sorted out, we easted and hour and almost missed our flight."

Mi suite en el pizo 14 muy amplia y limpia..y un hermoso detalle, te dan la bienvenida con una tarjeta escrita con tu nombre y unos ricos dulces y chocolates...el personal nos ayudo con maletas y demas. Muy amables los muchachos... Muchas gracias"

"Although the room is very small it has everything you need, TV, shower, plenty of plug sockets. The beds and bedding is comfy. The only thing I really could have done with is a fan as it was warm in the room and a hairdryer. The breakfast was good although more fruit needed especially bananas. Thank you for a great stay. Will return."
