"The room was hot and we were told that hotel is ambient ac but they sent a portable cooling fan so that helped. View of Tower Bridhe from room is excellent! But the hotel is old with peeling paints on wood work and carpet looks old too. Staff is courteous and friendly. And it’s conveniently accessed via major public transportation.. But you can’t beat the price though "

"Very clean and large hotel room! We love that they have a free shuttle to the airport. We also appreciated the fan in the room and the staff were very helpful with answering our questions."

"Noisy, noisy, noisy! Had to change rooms as the noise from the nearby elevator and doors closing was annoying! New room was worst than the old room as it was a foot away from a loud closing fire door! Bathrooms are a hazard! A huge slippery high bathtub dominates the bathroom! The best thing about this hotel is the location."
