"Clean tidy room, comfy beds. Everything you need for a short stay"

The bathroom was dirty, the floor was covered in previous occupants debris with food droppings and other things. The windows were covered with dirt and hadn't been cleaned for months. The Resort won't clean the room unless you insist and all they do is empty the rubbish bin and change the towels. The towels though were stained. "Wonderful hotel in a perfect position to explore Airlie beach. Easy walk into the town and across to the marina for tours. Friendly staff and lovely pool area. Highly recommend"

"Upon arrival it was alittle manic, our flight was a morning flight (11am) we knew we wouldn't be able to check in early but we didn't get checked in until nearly 2.30pm Our room was nice but didn't release there would've be no amenities like shower cap, makeup pads ect ect but shampoo, conditioner, body/hand wash and moisturiser was and I must admit it was AMAZING and then we didn't have any milk for a coffee/tea which was a surprise Bed was comfortable and bedroom was massive , loved that...

"gorgeous"

"The hotel is in a good location. The room was clean and large. The buffet breakfast was not worth the money. When we advised that the breakfast was cold we were tole "that's happens with a buffet"! - Poor service - there are many appliances to use to keep buffets hot."

"Great location, near the marina where we did our snorkeling tour, the night market and lots of restaurants. We had a wonderful stay. Room was modern. Staff were very friendly. We’d stay here again!"

"We had such a lovely stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location was great and made getting around so convenient. Everything was well maintained, and we really enjoyed our time here. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay again!"
