"Gorgeous hotel, helpful staff.
There were some definite big cons that spoiled the experience but overall, it was a great stay. Not sure we'd book again for the price, but glad we did stay.

Breakfast was very good - and staff ensured we had a breakfast bag to take with us on an early flight, which was very welcomed, thank you!
Beds were very comfortable
Pool was lovely, and plenty of food and drink options.
BIG CONS
Pool area had rules such as no diving and no smoking - these were not respected by other guests who were smoking / vaping; as well an obnoxious North American dude kept diving in the pool. There were no consequences to any of this so what's the point of the rules?
On our last day, some sort of conference was also taking place so a large delegation of very loud, very drunk people pretty much took over the entire pool area.
As well the area is not set up for a family, there were loads of kids splashing and playing - it definitely didn't fit with the aesthetic of the pool area; it's not the kids' fault but the vibe is not family friendly."
